Versa will not sync with LG

I have an Android LG. My Versa synced with no problems, initially.  Now, when I go to check my dashboard I find that I'm no longer synced and it is difficult ti resync.  It will take 3 to 4 days for it to sync with some info lost.

Welcome to the Forums @MelissaBurk.

Thanks for sharing those details. Let me help you figure out what is going on.

The first thing I'd recommend is that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article. They should definitely help in getting your Fitbit to work.

I'd also like to ask what LG phone is it that you are using?

Look forward to your reply.

My phone is an LG Phoenix 2. It seems to be a weekly thing. I'm unsynced
again.

Hello @MelissaBurk.

Thanks for reaching back.

In this case, this might be happening because the Lg Phoenix 2 isnot part of the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone.

As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it. Some users of unsupported devices have mentioned that following the steps I shared above could help.

If none of the above works, you could try to use a computer or another mobile device to try and sync your Fitbit to your account. Click here to get instructions on how to sync with other devices.

Let me know if you have any further questions.
