Fitbit app keeps logging me out

Why does my versa 3 fitbit app keep loging me out. Daily,  sometimes more often.  

I've cleared the cache,  reinstalled, have the latest version,  but still keeps happening.  

I've changed emails to a Gmail account... but still same problem

Hi, @Lookjustdoit, Welcome to the community. May I check you are logging in with your Google account, not just with a Google email address and a different password? 

The customary advice for deleting and reloading the Fitbit app is to follow these steps to create a clean slate for the reload.

Sync your Fitbit app>go to your phone settings>apps>fitbit>force stop>clear Storage (this also clears the cache)>uninstall>RESTART YOUR PHONE>reload the Fitbit app from the Play Store and log in with your Google account>Set up again as required.
