@Kelvin9393, can you provide a little more information, such as which Fitbit tracker do you have, which phone do you have, exactly what problem you are having syncing, etc.?

Im using Fitbit Charge 2, my phone model is Huawei P10. In patch 6.28,
Fitbit will auto-sync at background even i closed it, but patch 6.29 cant
auto sync. Another problem is i keep getting a message that asked me to
restart my phone to re-activate the notification service, i had restart
many times, but still get the same issue from it. (erm....hope u understand
my language)
