My Fitbit app has not let me sign in on my phone. I have put in the sign in info in the appropriate spots and it says my info is wrong. I sign in on my computer and it is telling me my email is something completely different (Which is not even a real email) and won't let me change it without the correct password which is not working. Do I have to completely delete this profile and start all over? Please Help!

I don't think you'll need to start a new profile. Contact Fitbit Support and they can help.
