I have contacted chat support 3 times.

I have factory reset my Pixel watch. I have logged in and out of FitBit app.

I lowered the goal of the number of stairs.

I am getting other badges.

Yes, I am meeting climb requirements.

@KayeH11   I know that other users posted about Stair badges with the Pixel watch.  I flagged your post to get a moderator's attention.  There might be a fix for you or they will confirm that Fitbit is aware of the situation and trying to fix it.

I have the same problem.

The floors are counted, but the badges are not unlocked.

If you contact support, you only get standard answers.

The clock was reset, as was the app, and logging out and back in didn't help either.

I asked for a higher level of support and they informed me that this situation is still under review.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @NauticalLady

Our team is investigating why floor badges are not registered with Pixel series.

Hi @AndreaFitbit ,

Will you be updating this thread with the results of the team's investigation? I have the exact same issue with the Pixel Watch 2 and floor badges (10 or 25 floors in my case) not being unlocked. Other badges appear to be working fine.

Thank you.

Welcome to our community @NSD_021. Thanks for sharing your floor badge query.

Yes, that's happening with Pixel Watch 2 too.

I will update this thread with the results. Last time I asked the team that is investigating and the resolution was what I wrote at that time. I'll ask again next week (also new month) for updates and post them here.

Have a wonderful day.
