Hi,
I have had bad results with the Charge 5 logging incorrect distance. To make matters worse, the app takes forever to load the exercises that I have already viewed. The spin icon just keeps spinning What is going on?

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I understand how you are feeling and recommend trying the following:
Force stop the Fitbit app: open your phone's Settings > Applications > find the Fitbit app > Storage > Clear cache > go back and tap Force stop.
