My fitbit is not showing my cardio graph.. when I press the arrows for more info I am getting a message..enable HR.. it is enabled and worked fine until I charged my fitbit 3 days ago.. and yes, everything is upto date.. even the first screen is showing my score chopped in half so I can't even read it!!

@Lunda Hi there. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

 

I appreciate that you checked the Fitbit app is updated. Try the following: 

 

- Log out from the Fitbit app 

- Clear cache 

- Restart your phone 

- Log back in and check your Cardio Fitness score
