Fitbit app not showing all the exercise history

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My App doesn't show Exercise history.

I touch the ".. days of exercise" and its goes to the next screen, but when I swipe left for more details it only shows 4 in all!

It did work showing the pass 30 days information but now just 4.

The watch is oaky as it detects exercise automatically and when I set it, and logs it if I swipe down

Done the standard re-set Force Stop etc.

@klrichards Hi there. Thanks for the detailed information shared.

I appreciate the troubleshooting performed prior to posting. Our team is aware of this as other reports have been shared with them. Your patience and understanding is appreciated while a fix is available.

In the meantime, users have found a workaround where you could scroll down and through last month list of workouts, then scroll back up to the top and the calendar will be updated.

Hi,
Well the App is now v3.46 and nothing has changed.

The App only shows 4 days of exercise history.

It used to be very useful but I'm at the point of not even looking.

@klrichards Thank you for getting back.

I see where your disappointment is coming from. Your patience and understanding while this is resolved is truly appreciated.

While this data isn't updated, you could try the workaround other users have tried, just scroll down and through last month list of workouts, then scroll back up to the top and the calendar will be updated.
