i have my ionic over a year but over the last few months its taken longer to connect to the gps and it has stopped showing the map after my run i have checked all the setting and gps is on the its linked correctly

Thanks for sharing those details about this situation with your Ionic. Please try to restart your watch by following the steps in this link How do I restart my Fitbit device? Then check if it tracks your run and syncs it correctly. If this persists, please let me know which mobile device you're using to sync. Is your watch syncing properly? When was the first time you noticed the run map was missing?

hi im using a Samsung s10+ , yes it syncs okay the run map is missing the last while now my gps will not work
