I just wanted to share that after hours of trying to setup two different trackers with a Pixel 3 (a flagship Android phone) only to be informed by Fitbit "support" that it is "not supported".
How? Why?
What is unique about the Bluetooth antenna in the Pixel 3 that lets it ping the Charge 2, but never connect?
Why does almost every Fitbit "support" person in these forms just paste useless links?
Why do they then tell us to buy another crappy product that will probably fail within a year (if it ever pairs at all)?.
The quality of Fitbit product and services have consistently declined for years, as noted across these forums in the form of MANY complaints about product quality, lack of support, and growing paywalls.
My next product will be Garmin or Samsung.
