Fitbit app not tracking/saving calories eaten

Hello 🙂

I am currently having a problem with my fitbit app on Android related to the logged calories not being saved to fitbit servers.

When I log food into the app the food will appear, but it won't update the total calorie intake for the day or the graph with calorie intake/burn, it will always say 0. Additionaly, the last food logged won't show on the recent foods tab.

I noticed this happened after March 29th, I remember there was an update of some sort, either app/firmware or ios (can't really remember sorry).

Since then I have been experiencing this behavior, I can log food but besides what I explained above I also noticed that it never syncs the entries to the fitbit servers, because if I logout and login again I only have records until the 29th.

Could someone help me solving this? Thanks in advance.

Some info that might be useful:

- Tracker: Fitbit Ionic v27.72.1.9

- Fitbit app v3.40.1

- Phone: OnePlus6 OxygenOS v10.3.9
