  • The clock face I picked is great...however it sometimes flips back to a plain black and grey...I want it to stay with what I picked...suggestions?

Hi, @Jchestnut1 , is this a Fitbit app or a third party one?  If developed by someone other than Fitbit you will need to contact the developer to get a solution.
