Fitbit app not updating dashboard tiles

Starting a couple of days ago, after reaching my goals at the end of the day, suddenly the top panel of the Android app would go blank and not show my goals or progress.  I can click steps and see my history but the main screen shows blank circles.  If I look at my last 2 days, they are all blank circles.  

 

I have to go back 3 days to see any data.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the screenshot that was shared with me. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using? Did you experience this in the past or is the first time? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps and let me know if the issue persists.

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

Hi @RicardoFitbit ,

I followed those steps and my goals are still not displaying.  When a new day starts, I can see all my goals but near the end of the day (~8:00 PM), my goals suddenly disappear.

 

Today's goals are currently blank as are the last 4 days.

Seems odd that even after trying the steps from my previous post you're still experiencing the same issue. To further investigate this, can you please let me know which specific mobile device are you using? Did you experienced this issue after a Fitbit app update? What happens when you sync your device after 8:00 PM?

I've got the same issue with blank tiles, started happening 2 days ago. Is this a known issue?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S8.  I did not get any updates to my phone or the app recently.

 

The disappearing goals did not necessarily happen after 8:00pm....  It would disappear (and never come back) at different times each the day.  I don't know what triggers it.  Only the main panel of the app would disappear...  The bottom goals updated properly.

 

That said, a couple of days ago, the problem did resolve itself without me doing anything.  I am even able to see goals from earlier days which I previously could not when I started having this issue.
