Any help appreciated. Last night I tried to syn my fitbits to my app that I run on my Samsung S7 Edge. It said something on the line "Critical updated needed" and started updating. My phone went to a black screen and now it wont start. Is anyone else having this problem. Or has any answers. Thanks Nerissa.

If you receive this error message on your phone, I would like you to contact directly the store where you purchased your phone, because we're unable to troubleshoot the phone.
