Fitbit app not working at all

After updating to the latest Android update the app wouldn't load properly at all, I restarted it/restarted my phone and all that. When that didn't work I uninstalled the app but now it says there's an error when I try to sign in. There is nothing wrong with my Google account at all. Has this happened to anyone else after the update??

There have been problems with the Fitbit/Google server.  I couldn't sync for last 12 hours or so.  Reinstalled the app and, like you, couldn't sign in.  Tried again about an hour ago (8am GB time) and it worked.

Hello @kasit 

As @decebe mentioned, there was a Fitbit system wide issue yesterday (11 Oct 2023) that impacted logging in and syncing. Thankfully, the issue was resolved several hours later. You should be able to login & sync now.

@kasit According to the information on this websitehttps://www.fitbitstatus.com/ it seems the situation has been resolved. Please try clearing the Fitbit app's cache memory, log back in and try again. Thanks in advance!
