Reinstalled android Fitbit app but could not login using Google.

Versa 3 quit syncing this afternoon with Google Pixel 7 Pro.  Went through all troubleshooting steps. Last step was Reinstalling Fitbit App but then couldn't login using Google-- kept getting "Something went wrong" error message and to "try again." Since I can't login to the Fitbit App, I can't pair Versa 3 with my Pixel 7 and access the Dashboard. I'm concerned about losing data, accuracy, and syncing.

Hello @Vsheri 

Unfortunately, there was a Fitbit system wide issue yesterday (11 Oct 2023) that impacted logging in and syncing. Thankfully, the issue was resolved several hours later. You should be able to login & sync now. 

FYI, your Fitbit device should maintain your data for 7 days. So, you shouldn't have lost any data due to yesterday's outage.
