I have a motorola phone and the app worked well with it, until yesterday. They wouldn't pair or update info. I tried uninstalling and installing app. Ive tried restarting the Inspire 3, taken all other bluetooth items off the phone, and turning bluetooth off and on. Even rebooted the watch. Still the communication isn't working well and only the amount of steps might register and thats it. Any suggestions on what the hell I can do to get this ruddy thing working? Ive only had it for a month.

Checking in on your issue. There was a Fitbit system outage on Wednesday (11 Oct 2023) that impacted logging in and syncing. The outage was resolved after several hours. Hopefully, that was the source of your issue and you've been able to sync your phone and Fitbit.
