The past month or so the fitbit app is trash.
It does not sync exercise data at all just spinning wheels, so then this in turn affects caloric counts.
Can get it working again by clearing all data from app, not juts the catch, or delete and re download. Then it may last all of a day before it borks again. But all data is logged on website so watch is working just fine.
Customer service have no idea, get the generic re download the app, factory reset the watch, done all of this. Same rubbish over again.
If the website is login all data properly its not the watch its the app.........!!!!!
Moderator edit: Subject for clarity.

What's your OS? I believe you need Android 8.0 or above to have it work reliably. Since I'm not an Apple user, I don't know what their specific supported OS number is. If your phone is any of the products listed here under the products that often have issues with syncing, it's likely that your device isn't fully supported.
Finally, your post has nothing to do with the Sense 2 and everything to do with your OS, so in order to move your post to the proper forum for further support, I need to know which OS you have.
Ok so I can see our previous posts were removed, that was my fault, I did that by accident. Basically to rephrase what was mentioned, you said you had a Samsung S22 Ultra and that you work with apps all day. You also mentioned that since you had a Sense 2, that's why you posted your question initially in the Sense forums.
I had also mentioned that in order to keep the forums clean for everyone, you should have posted in the platform forums and that I would move your post there for now but that you need to be more aware of where you're posting the issue.

Some assumptions made there I think...
Considering my day just is making apps, I personally think it's a mem issue as it workes ok for some time, befor borking again.
Android 13 on Samsung 22 ultra latest security patch, where funny enough the fitbit app was running fine on, until an update...
Ps I stated its nothing to do with the watch, just happens to be the one I have, hence the sence 2 threads...

I get that, but in order to keep the threads organized so that everyone's questions can be answered, you really should have posted this under the correct OS forum, not the Sense forums. For now, I will move it, but in the future, please keep that in mind.

@DramaQueenDiva Thanks for your help.
@M4ver1ck Welcome to the forums. Thanks for taking the time to contact about the exercise data on the Fitbit app.
Thanks for the explanation. I assume that when you tap on the "exercise" tile, it will only load. Correct? I would back out of the tile and try again. What has worked for me is to log out from the account and then back in. Then open the exercise tile again to check the exercises. Thanks in advance.

Sorry for late response,
Yes, the exercise tile. Click on it and all info vanishes, just spinning wheels where its trying to load. Logging out and in isn't enough, have ro deleted all app data or delete and re install.
Has been working for 3 days straight since last reset. But now its taking calories off me through out the day in mfp.
Exampl:
Hour at gym, 3 x walking dog for half hour, laid a patio, carried 35 concrete slabs up stairs, all added up to 1200 as exercise in mfp.
But evertime in open mfp to log food, that number drops, 560, 300, 120, 40 all the way to 0.
Been doing that every day for past week or so.
Negative calorie count is not active and in any case you can't undo calories burned from activity, it happend.
Thanks
