Having trouble loading notifications in app.. Let's say I get a friend request and I try to go to it ,the notifications are empty and will say cannot load..Have tried updating, reinstalling.. It worked fine until about 4 days ago..Any ideas? TIA

Thanks for your post and bringing this to my attention, your patience troubleshooting this matter before posting is appreciated. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android phone are you using to check the Fitbit app? How many times you experienced this issue? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the below steps. Some of them were already tried but the actual order is really important:
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
- Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
- Reboot your mobile device.
- Reinstall the Fitbit app.
- Login using your account credentials.

Same for me. I have an Inspire HR. I have a Samsung 9+ and I cant receive notifications in my fitbit app on my phone (for about 4 days). I will get a friend request and its blank as well. I have forced stop, uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted my phone and nothing works. It continues to say "cant load notifications"
