I have searched the forums and did all the trouble shooting I could find! Everything else is working great but if I try to look at my notifications in the app I get an error message "could not load notifications". It does thre same thing with the chats section but I don't like to use that. I have cleared cache, made sure all systems are up to date, logged off, force stop and deleted the app to start from scratch! I am over it! Please help

When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? If possible, can you please send us a screenshot of the error message you receive?
