I have searched the forums and did all the trouble shooting I could find! Everything else is working great but if I try to look at my notifications in the app I get an error message "could not load notifications". It does thre same thing with the chats section but I don't like to use that. I have cleared cache, made sure all systems are up to date, logged off, force stop and deleted the app to start from scratch! I am over it! Please help

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for troubleshooting your device before posting over here. To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using to check the Fitbit app? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? If possible, can you please send us a screenshot of the error message you receive? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps:
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
- Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
- Reboot your mobile device.
- Reinstall the Fitbit app.
- Login using your account credentials.
