Fitbit app version: 3.62
Hi There,
The data I enter via the Android app is not being upsync'd to the backend and is therefore not showing via the browser which I use to enter things like meals and recipes to make entering food data easier on the app.
I have tried entering data via the browser which does get downsync'd to the Android app. I can't see any option for force an upsync from the app to the backend. I'm not seeing any obvious errors either.
I have weeks of data stored locally on my device which is not showing via the browser and I don't want to lose all that data.
I have tried forcing the app to close and rebooting my phone several times but still no luck.
As I say device entered for my account via the browser gets sync'd to the device, but data entered via the app is not sync'd in the other direction and therefore isn't available via the browser.
I hope this makes sense.
