Fitbit app shows "an unexpected error has occurred"

Hi, I have just upgraded my phone. I have tried to connect my charge 4 to the app on my new phone and I just keep getting a message that an unexpected error has occurred. To try again later… I’ve been trying for 3 days still got same message! Can anyone help? Ive tried to restart the charge 4. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app nothing has worked so far
