Fitbit app steps arent matching

Also,  I've actually taken 16000 steps today according to my samsung health.  How do I fix this?

Hi @0dub5m0mmy - there are quite a few areas where the overview information doesn't match the underlying data but it eventually gets in sync after a while. This may be one of them.

It can be exasperated by poor syncing, try logout of the Fitbit App, clear the storage cache and force stop it, and swipe off the active app window, then restart the watch and phone and sync again and then be patient.

I didn't manage to reproduce this issue in my Fitbit app (all numbers show correct) so I'd try to follow what @Guy_ says. It may be a local out-of-sync issue which eventually would fix itself.
