Fitbit app stopped working

My app stopped working.

First, it stopped syncing

Then, it kicked me out.

I reinstalled up, it kept kicking me out 'wrong password'...

All in all, I've re-installed app numerous times, turned on and off, reset, cleared cache and data - did everything imaginable, but it is not working.
I never had any problems - have been using Fitbit for years.

This is really frustrating and disappointing. Now I can't even get into the app. It keeps telling me 'wrong password or e-mail'....

What is going on???

Thanks for listing everything that you have tried. We're very sorry about the frustration this situation has caused you.

 

I'd like to ask you if you created a new account to access the Forums or if you were able to log in? 

 

As for entering the password and email, are you entering them manually or are you entering them automatically through an app or the phone's OS? That could shed some light into what is going on.
