Recently got a new phone. It's a Huawei p 2019. It's syncing in that it tracks my steps and that but I can't get it to enable notifications. Message keeps popping up to say that my Bluetooth connection isn't there?? I searched on utube and tried a few videos but so far no luck. What am I missing?

First thing I'd like to do is to say congratulations on the new phone. Thanks for sharing that information and letting us know that you did try to troubleshoot this on your own.

 

The first thing I'd like to ask is the specific model of the phone that you have. Is it Huawei P20 or P10? Or what version? Both of those were released in 2019, or close to it. It could add shed some light into what is going on.

 

In the meantime please confirm if you have tried to go through all of the steps listed in this help article. Some of those steps you might have already tried but please give all of them a shot in the order that they show up. If you have already gone through all of them please let me know.

 

Keep me posted on how it goes or if there are any further questions.
