What in the world is happening with the Fitbit app? I noticed that there was an apparent update that added a "Cardio Load" line to the interface (see screenshot), but after another update today (to version 4.24) it disappeared. Not sure what Cardio load was and why it's suddenly missing..
What is Cardio load? And now it's missing...
..But the detailed exercise stats are now completely missing if I tap on an INDIVIDUAL exercise to see the detailed stats for that specific exercise. Now it just lumps a total "Energy burned" total for the ENTIRE DAY, so I can no longer see how many calories I burned for a single walk/run/weights exercise itself..
Now if I tap on indivisual exercise, it only shows Duration and Zone minutes. Gone are the calories burned for that specific exercise!
Another frustrating thing is that on the main Exercise screen, three issues:
1) Walk exercises don't show Calories burned here (which would be really nice to see on this screen)
2) *ALL* workout exercises now show 0 cal
3) Weights exercises do not show Calories burned, but oddly show Distance. When you do weights, it shouldn't show "Distance" as you don't move around much when lifting weights!
Walk: No Calories shown / Workouts: 0 Cal shown / Weights: No calories shown
It seems like FItbit developers are removing more data/stats, and the app is becoming more "mangled" each update. Can somehow shed some light on this?
P.S. We still have no DARK theme, in which FItbit said mid last year (after 9 years of users begging for it) that it's coming very soon, and here we are coming on Fall 2024 and it looks like it's been abandoned again!

This sounds like what I am experiencing for my Run exercises. All of the "good" data (pace, graph of heart rate, location map, etc) all disappeared from literally every one of my past runs. All that is left for each one is Duration, Cardio Load, and Zone Min.
I'm horrified!

GPS was working on my Charge 5 when I ran this evening and all the stats were visible on the fitbit display. However they didn't pull through to the app and as the GPS data didn't pull through, Strava couldn't import the activity either. All of the 'good' data you mentioned disappeared from historic runs and rides too including a bike ride which was there this morning, evidenced by the fact it pulled through to Strava.

This is exactly the same thing happening to me. I have the Google Watch 2 w/ android phone.
There is no detailed information when I tap on my "bike" exercise it shows only "Durartion and Zone Min" but If I leave that page open eventually, and I mean MINUTES later it will update.
Then, suddenly it disappears, all information is whiped and reverts back to showing only duration and zone min.
Please fix this garbage.

Hello @geminiman7 @Laag640 @DALEXMTL @MikeCornet
There's an issue with Exercise data. I experienced this too, yesterday. It seemed to get fixed for me yesterday evening.
Some users recently reported that their exercise data returned. Other users reported their data returned, then disappeared again.
I suspect the issue is on the back end/server side. They are likely still working on it and it could take another day or so for everything to get fixed for everyone.
If I learn of any updates, I'll report back.

Any updates on the exercise data problems?
I am also experiencing issues where whole days of exercise data goes missing at random times. Some times after opening the app and looking at weekly report, I see exercises for all days. After switching to month view, some days disappear and do not return. Random days go missing and reappear at random times. Fitbit app is currently totally unusable for tracking long training periods. Have to manually keep track with excel.
Occasionally I'm experiencing exercise tracking issues. Exercise can not be ended, app shows error about exercise data saving failure. Canceling exercise loses all tacking and GPS data. Closing app and starting new exercise continues previous invalid exercise.

Hello @tauri7
I haven't seen any confirmed updates on the Exercise issue other than Moderator posts confirming the problem and that the team is working on it.
I understand the frustration as there are many of us that are affected by this problem. The fix can't come soon enough for us all.
