Fitbit app won't accept decimals when logging a swim activity

I can't manually log my swim. The problem is the distance box. It says add in km, but if I add one, it adds 100km... Way off. Tried to add a 0 and a period or a comma to separate the digits when I tried to add a distance of 0.9km. It didn't work. I could not add a distance at all... Not shorter than 1km either. It only showed distances like 4000km. What am I doing wrong, or what is wrong with the app?

Hello @Kvitveisa and welcome to the Community.  Do you use an Android or iPhone?  Issues like this are usually platform specific.  You post can get moved to a better fit forum, where you might get more help.

Hello there, @Kvitveisa. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues when trying to log your distance in the Fitbit app. I'll do my best to help you with this! Thanks for answering @LZeeW's question, I went ahead and moved your post to the Android App board for organization purposes.

Would you mind trying this workaround?: When you type a decimal point the field, it will go red and words appear underneath - "Enter a valid distance"- but if you press "Save" anyway, the entry saves and the distance is recorded in meters. This is probably of more use to those who work in metric rather than imperial measurements, but I'm sure this will work. Can you confirm whether it works for you?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Yes, I have tried to do this as well. Sadly, it shows way too far a
distance still. And btw, I use the metric system.
Today I tried to add 1km straight, and it came up as 1000km. It makes no
sense..
