Can not seem to log out- it still has user and password. I want to log out completely

Hi @MMWitt was there a reason you wanted to log out? When I log out, the next time I open the app, it has my email and password already in memory. At that point, I still have to click to log in. Could that be what you're seeing?

That is exactly what is happening. Is this a problem?  It only does it
on one of the computers.

I don't see it as a problem. I don't log off on my computer and you can only sync via the smartphone now. Your web browser saves passwords for the next time you want to log in. If that bothers you, you can always remove saved passwords.

Thank you for the explanation.  So I am not still logged into Fitbit- it
is just the internet browser that provides the log in information when I
bring up Fitbit to log in.  I was worried that someone could hack into
my Fitbit account.

@MMWitt  if you're concerned about someone getting into your account, they could only do it if you allow them access to your computer. I've been using a Fitbit for over ten years and haven't had any issues with someone getting into my account. Being safe is always a good thing. Glad you're careful.
