I've had this problem for the last few days now. When I try to open the app, it just appears as a white screen with the small Fitbit logo in the centre. It will only open successfully if I restart my phone. I'm running Android 11 on a Google Pixel 4XL
Anyone else having this problem?

Sounds like you may be able to restart by first stopping the app. This can only be done through the phone settings, apps, Fitbit, force stop.
I think I would remove the app and install a fresh copy.
