It was OK yesterday but now the Fitbit app won't open on my Samsung phone, any suggestions before I delete & re install? Someone mentioned a firmware update but don't know how to do that, my computer doesn't recognize my Fitbit.

Hi @cleethorpes101 Yes, delete the app and reinstall it andnlog back in to your account. Hopefully that will fix the issue for you.
By the way, what Samsung phone do you have?

I just wanted to let you know that I have moved your post from the Charge 3 board to the Android app board, since I think that here you will be able to see more related topics about the Fitbit app.
