Fitbit app wont let me log in

I've been using fitbit HR for pretty long time and never had bi issues until now. Just got a new phone (switched from iphone to samsung galaxys10) downloaded the app and it wont let me log in (saying the my password or email are not correct which is not the case). Retsrated and switched off my phone, uninstalled and installed the app, changed my password multiple times and nothing works!!!!!!!!

When I log in to the dashboard in the browser I have no problems, but the thing is that I do it with my google account .. where the app doesn't give u the opportunity to use the google account (or facebook( button that is possible on desktop. 

I even logged out from my old phone thinking that may be the problem, but it wasn't, and now I cant even log back in there. Also tried to log in the dashboard and change the email address for my log in but it once again didn't accept my password....

I am having the same problem with the Android app. My Pixel must have done an update and since then, I can't log in through the app. I can log in on the webpage via Facebook, but it doesn't give that option on the app. I hope someone has a solution.

It is either that the email or password are wrong or the Fitbit app can not connect to the Fitbit server.

They are both correct, I did reset my password multiple times since I taught I forgot it.

@MaggieNedelova you mention that your history doesn't show up on the app. Does the history show up on the web?
