I wonder if anyone thinks anymore that Fitbit actually cares what we think. This appears to be a place to vent, but nothing else.I woke up this morning to finding they are now taking up a quarter of the initial sleep screen with their premium ad. (Maybe Fitbit is heading toward having the app be functionally premium only, with only 10% of its usefulness available for free?) The screen that used to show info about the past week now shows today's data only at the bottom of the screen, with the top half showing their unwanted sleep scores for the week and then the next quarter showing their ad. Scrolling down shows what used to be immediately available (except with the unwanted sleep scores instead of the wanted averages). Has there been a coup at Fitbit? Are they purposely trying to alienate their client base? Have the intelligent people deserted Fitbit, leaving the inmates to run the asylum? Very sad.

Wow. Well, I guess that answers any questions. No, Fitbit does not care, and yes, they are trying to alienate their client base, quite successfully, I might add. If anyone thought the company portrayed in the Dilbert comic strip couldn't be matched, Fitbit is showing itself up to the challenge. 100% inappropriate, 100% canned response. "Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts about the Fitbit premium experience..." Good grief. Why would I pay money for something the company insists on making worse? I guess my mistake was using the keyword "premium" in my post. I wonder if RicardoFitbit is a person or just a computer widget. This is so sad. So very, very sad.

Now I see what happened: "Moderator edit: Subject for clarity " The subject I gave was NOT what they posted. I asked if Fitbit was heading to all premium. I wonder if it was changed by another poorly created computer process, or if an actual human just wanted to change the entire meaning of what I wrote (the literal word here is "lie").

How come the premium insights are not showing up at all.

They did a few times now not at all. That was one of the reasons I went and paid. The extra. I get the sleep insight ok.
