Hi was just want some advive my fitbit alta hr screen is completely blank, but the information is still going to my phone i have tried restarting it a couple of times but it doesnt seem to be working. When it first stopped working i thought it maybe just ran out of battery so i charged it and the battery logo came up but know it doesnt even do that. Just wanting to know whether i need to get a new one i have had mine for about 2 years.
