Hello @Lindachocolate.

Thanks for bringing those details up. Let me help you figure out what is going on.

I will be moving this thread to the Android board as I think it is better suited for your thread.

As for the steps, I'd recommend that you try following the steps listed in this help article. It should help so that you get the step tile to show up.

As for how to delete old notifications, what notifications are you referring? The ones on your Fitbit or on the Fitbit app?

Finally, on the notifications not coming through please try to follow these steps to get everything to work correctly. They should definitely work.

I'd like to ask what phone are you using and also what Fitbit is it that you have.

Let me know if there are any further questions.

Thank you.

Things are now glok with widget, and I am now AM getting text and phone call buzzes on my fit2 w/o my having done anything since I sent my post for help last night..

What I still have now (and did not have before I transferred to the Samsung 7 phone 2 days ago) are hundreds of notices in the app saying I have reached my goal. I don't see a way to remove all these notifications/notices.

Thank you for all of your help

Sincerely
Linda

Hello @Lindachocolate.

I apologize for the delay in my response. Thanks for letting me know that the widget and the notifications are working. Glad to read about it.

As for the in-app notifications, the app keeps the latest 100 notifications saved. At this time we do not have a way to delete them. You can click here to see a suggestion about having that ability. You can vote for it to show your support. Be sure to read the FAQ to better understand how it works.

Let me know if you h ave any further questions.

Thank you for taking the time to locate the thread on the topic of deleting old messages - which STILL can not be done after almost 1year after a subscriber  clearly brought this to Fitbit's attention.

I have "voted " to support his post and agree : this NEEDS TI BE ADRESSED by your web master  web engineer ASAP as this is an ISSUE for ALL who do NOT have the Fitbit Blaze.

Looking forward to a resolution in your next Fitbit app update...

I think you have  done a quick job in responding, however,  I ask that the remaining issue of removing old, outdated and unneeded notification messages be forwarded up the food chain so a resolution IS obtained.

I realize the actual solution is out of your hands,  and while I think you did an exemplary job in responding in a timely manner, I cannot in good faith say this matter has been 'resolved' until the Fitbit  webmaster/engineers actually RESOLVE this issue as many have so stated in previous messages.

Thank you
