Thanks for your question, and just to clarify, do you mean that the Fitbit app isn't downloading correctly in your phone? If so, may I know your phone's model and Android version. Now, if you're experiencing a different situation, please provide as many details as you can so I can work on this with you. You can also take a screenshot and attach it in your reply, in case you're seeing an error message besides the downloading message.
