Please Fitbit, do something to add the Samsung A70 to the compatibility list for Flex2.  I haven't been able to sync since October 2018. I was told it would be added soon, but nothing has happened.

Thanks for sharing that you have your Samsung A70, and let me help you with your inquiry. I understand how you're feeling about not having your phone supported, and I'm sorry for this inconvenience. Our team is working hard to optimize the Fitbit app and ensure its functionality with this model. Currently we don't have a time frame when the Samsung Galaxy A70 will be added to the compatible devices list, I'd suggest to check this request submitted in the Feature Suggestions board and add your vote to support it. The more votes an idea receives, the better chance it has of getting the attention of the developers.

 

While your Flex 2 may not always sync due the incompatibility with your phone, we can try to troubleshoot this situation together. If you've not done so, please check this help article and give a try to the steps suggested there.
