The app on google play downloads  a beta version which will not work with versa 2 with Alexa. What are fitbit software people doing about this. I've spent 3 days of my life trying to sort this and I'm the customer

What is the app version number?

Is it somewhere labelled a beta version?  If so, did you sign up to get betas?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

No I downloaded app from Google Play but my versa 2 doesn't work so Fitbit
technical walked me through it this morning and the beta is the one that
downloads when you press the Fitbit App. Doesn't say beta until you go in
the the app version when it's down loaded. Then it says version 3.12.1
beta 30243452 beta. And technical support say this will not work with
versa 2 with Alexa. So I have expensive braclet
