Versa not syncing

Versa wasn't syncing. I've tried everything,  restarting phone and versa, reinstalling fitbit app, turning bluetooth on/off, unpairing. Now cannot get versa to pair.

My has been like this for 12 hours now too. I'll be interested in what other people say.

same here I've even installed the fitbit app on both if my son's Amazon fire tablets and they can even find my versa.

I'm so sick of fitbit they tell you to reset everything and they give you the cop out that your phone isn't compatible!!

I believe Amazon fires are so whats the excuse now!!!

Please visit the help site and read the through the possible causes of sync problem. I had the same problem but I discovered that switching off the Bluetooth from one of my two devices on which I have the fitbit app resolved the sync issue I have been battling for the last three weeks.
