Fitbit automatic stride length button missing

1000007657.png

I've read through other posts and I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I cleared all the data before I uninstalled it. Anyway, I would like to go back to automatic settings as it seems every time I change my pace, increase or decrease. Whatever it is constantly inaccurate, it used to be accurate, but it no longer is for whatever reason.  1-hour walk on the treadmill. It's off by a kilometer. It used to be plus or minus 200 m.  I keep increasing the manual setting and that doesn't help.

Normally it is enough with checking if you app is up to date. My thought is that this is a bug in your version

My suggestion is, from the apps home screen, tap in the top right, then tap Feedback. I don't see a way to send a screen shot. If this is a case for you, I suggest being as specific as you can, including the current version your app is. You can get the version under help.

Ya when I searched the forum it seems like this issue has been going on for some time they just don't seem to be doing anything about it.  Thought maybe it had need resolved and I was missing something.
