Fitbit automatically removing workouts, why?!

Hi, I noticed periodically that my Fitbit app is removing (unwanted) my workouts that I have recorded. I worked out a lot in October and they were all recorded initially but having just checked back on my workouts, half have been removed. Any solutions? Or reasons why?

 This is how it was a few weeks back when I took a screenshot. As you can see from the 9th onwards they've all be removed.

There has been an on-going issue on the Fitbit side that affects our ability to see historical data in the app. I submitted this for escalation and have gotten confirmation that this issue has been escalated to the appropriate team. However, I don't have a timeline for the fix. If I learn of any updates, I'll report back.

At this point, there isn't any troubleshooting that we can recommend since the issue is on the Fitbit side.
