Fitbit blaze doesn't vibrate with a phone call

My Blaze no longer vibrates when I receive a phone call. It's the only notification I have turned on. I've rebooted the Blaze a few times with still no success. Please help

Hello, @MeeShell1010Cat Very Happy It is nice to see you. Hmmm..I'm sorry to hear that your tracker si not vibrating. Have you tried to reset your notifications? 

 

Please make sure that you have tried these troubleshooting steps and let me know how that goes! Man Wink

Yes I have rebooted my Fitbit. I have tried turning my notifications off
and then on again. I turned off my Bluetooth and reconnected. I force
stopped the fitbit app. Nothing is working in regards to receiving
notifications for phone calls. Anymore advice?

Hello, hello, @MeeShell1010! I just have a few questions. Are you receiving the notification of the call and is it just not vibrating or do you not receive the notification at all?

 

Also, could you please try to set an alarm and tell me what happens?

After rebooting my Fitbit and disconnecting the Bluetooth connection from
my phone to my Blaze and then readding it, I am now receiving notifications
and vibrations. Before, I was not receiving either with phone calls. I also
receive alarms now. Thank you for checking on me 😊
