Hi, I've recently changed to the blaze. It's been going fine but the last few days it hasby been logging my activity. It's been logging active mins and steps but not actually logging the activity. I've tried resetting fitbit and deleting app and reinstalling it but both to no joy.
I'd be grateful for any help thanks

Hi there @Jojo81, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! I was reading your Blaze is not recognizing your exercise automatically.
Since you already try to restart your tracker and the issue still persists, make sure the time settings are correct. In some scenarios the time might be set to high and the tracker will take more time to recognized the exercise. So in order to review this go to your Exercise tile and select the gear icon in the upper right corner. Here you can modify the time settings for each SmartTrack activity. A good recommendation would be to set the exercise with a gap of 10 minutes so your tracker can recognized more faster the activity your walking exercise.
Hope this helps and let me know if you have other questions.

Hi thanks for getting back to me.
I've tried what you've suggested still no joy, it was working fine up until last week then it just stopped, I do Zumba classes twice a week and it isn't picking that activity up either.

Hi there @Jojo81, my apologies for my absence and not posting any recent update since our last interaction. It been a few weeks so I have to ask how it goes so far? Is the issue still persisting?
I did not mentioned this before, but the SmartTrack will depend also in the type of activity you are doing. Some exercise might not be recognized among the pre-existing exercise loaded in Smartrack.
Zumba is not an exercise listed in Smartrack, but it might be recorded as Aerobic workout — This Includes aerobic activities with continuous movement, such as Zumba, cardio-kickboxing, and other dance classes.
Also make sure the tracker is being wear in a perfect position so your Blaze can detect your motion pattern more easily.
Sometimes, motions such as placing your arms on the bar of a treadmill, or pushing a stroller while you walk, may interrupt SmartTrack. Additionally, stopping in the middle of an exercise may interrupt the activity tracking. Also try wearing your tracker on a different wrist. In some cases, changing the wrist that you wear your tracker on can improve activity recognition.
Remember that if you change your wrist, you should also change your handedness setting in your Fitbit app settings. To change your settings, in the Fitbit app go to Account tab and choose your device at the top of the screen.
See you around and I'll be looking forward to your response to see if you need more help.
