Fitbit blocking my IP address

I tried to log into my app on my android phone on my data and it wouldn't let me. Then I tried to post a help topic on the web browser from my phone andit said I couldnt because fitbit was blocking my phones IP address. So I turned on the wifi and now everything is working. How can i get my phones IP address unblocked?

I can not log in to my fitbit app unless I open a VPN and change my IP. It seems fitbit has blocked IPs from Iran ? Is it right?
