Hey I've had my fitbit blaze for roughly 3 month and am currently working on a cutting cycle. According to fitbit I'm burning on average 4000cal a day but when I use an online calculator it says my maintenance level based on my activity is 2800... That's a huge difference since I'm trying to figure out my macronutrient ratios for dieting.. Which number is more accurate?!
Background information
6'2" 193lbs roughly 15%body fat ish?
Gym 5 days a week strength training with 30mins cardio after.
Relatively active job. Usually hit 10,000 steps at work.
