Do.you know if the charge 2 is compatibile with the Samsung A5???

It doesn't show in the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices so you may be unlucky. Hopefully someone with that phone will be able to confirm either way.

my fit bit charge 2 worked with my samsung A5 until just a few days ago.  Is there a patch available to correct this problem now?

@fancylori, do you have the phone WiFi turned on?  If so, turn it off and try syncing it again to see if that works.
