I am having several sync issues with this new Blaze I got as a gift from my wife. My settings are as below:
Fitbit Blaze: 17.8.301.8 blaze version
Nexus 5x: Android 7.1.1
App Version: 2.42
I'm seeing the following sync problems just 2 days into using this device:
1. Silent alarm stays "waiting to sync" forever as reported in this thread.
2. Floors sync'ed incorrectly. Watch shows 8 but phone app shows 16.
3. Change clock device on app which never reflects on the tracker. Sync shows successfully multiple times but never updates the tracker.
4. Time on tracker is constantly 20 minutes behind phone. This is the worst problem among all. Showing correct time is the basic function of a watch. I can't understand why the time can't be adjusted on the tracker itself.
Tried rebooting/reinstalling/turning-on/off-bluetooth multiple times. Just didn't work.

Hey there @thlai! It's great to have you here.
The alarm and the time on the tracker could be explained because the tracker is not syncing properly. Since you have already tried several different troubleshooting steps, I recommend that we try to reset the connection between the Blaze and your Nexus. To do so, please follow these steps:
1. Access your Nexus' Bluetooth settings.
2. Look for the Fitbit Blaze and remove the tracker from there.
3. Set up your Blaze as if it was a brand new device by going into the Account tab of the app and selecting 'Set Up a Device' and following the instructions on screen.
As for the situation with the floors, I'd like to ask you some questions. Is it like that all of the time or is it occasionally? When did it start happening?
Look forward to your reply so that I can continue to investigate on the situation with the floors.
