Fitbit charge 2 app doesn't show calories

When I go for a run, the watch shows calories etc but when I log into the app, it only shows distance, avg bpm and pace. Why doesn't it show the same as the watch? I want the app to show calories burned

Hello @SunsetRunner, good to see you one more time in the Fitbit Community!

The preview of the information you see on your exercise history may vary depending of the activity you are doing, giving priority of the data for the exercise in question. For running the data will be distance and avg BPM along with pace. This doesn't mean your calories were not recorded. When you go to the details of the exercise you will find all your information related to your exercise including calories burned and your heart rate if your tracker has this option.

See you around and hope this helps. Keep me posted if you have more questions.
