I have installed the Fitbit app on my partners phone and thought it had connected buto the Fitbit is still displaying www.fitbit.com/setup, what do I do next please?

@SU-Q, you need to be logged into the app with his account, then select the Account screen, and select Set Up a Device, then follow the on-screen instructions. Note: If you tried "pairing" his tracker by using the phone's Bluetooth settings, you need to undo that before attempting the setup - open the phone's Bluetooth settings, select the Fitbit device, tell it to Forget the device, then close the phone's settings.
