I just bought it for Christmas I went to sync it up with a Samsung s4 and it wouldn't sync. I tried on my other phone which is a Kyocera and it wouldn't sync. I looked on here and I saw that a few of them had problems that had to be sent back. Can anyone help I've been on YouTube, downloaded the Manuels and nothing works so far plz help

Hello @Msks, nice to have you here in our Fitbit Community. In order to sync your tracker with your phone is require to install the Fitbit app, create an account and pair your tracker through the app. Since the tracker wont sync as other bluetooth devices.
According to our list of compatible devices, the Samsung S4 is compatible with the app. But if you have seen youtube videos, you are pretty much aware of all this information.
So I wonder if your tracker is already pair to your app? Is giving you any type of error when your try to sync the tracker?
If your tracker is not pair to your account, open the app and log in to your account using your email address. Go to your Account Tab > tap Set Up a Device and choose your tracker from the list. Make sure the bluetooth is On and follow the instructions on screen.
If during this process is giving you an error, please let me know so we can review what other steps we can take.
